We are all rich when we are enough.

A nice place to live, comfortable casual/formal clothes, healthy food, and medicine (herbs) are the four main necessities for humans.

1 ~ An old Chinese proverb suggested that everyone should have at least 10m x 10m x 3m space (~ 2 rooms) for their privacy and time to reflect.

2 ~ A Scandinavian’s axiom commented that there is no bad weather, just dress properly.

3 ~ Think twice, or thrice, when you are about to eat and drink (or buy) something processed or artificially colorful.

Anything organic from the ground, you can always enjoy.

4 ~ Basically, all plants and flowers are herbs. Our body is the best self-cure. Educate yourself, please.

Let’s be rich.

* ‘Look for the bare necessities
The simple bare necessities
Forget about your worries and your strife
I mean the bare necessities
Old Mother Nature’s recipes
That brings the bare necessities of life.’

*From ‘The Jungle Book’
