We pretty much always try to put our effort to reach the upper limit.

In practice, how about minus it by 5%? Give yourself some extra space to breathe.

My friend, I learned this tip the hard way. As ambitious as I am, I thought that I could swim back after getting off a beautiful Adriatic seashore. I could hardly make it back alive. An orange little buoy saved my life.

This is true for being 5-10 minutes ahead of time for any appointments.
