Eat less. Say less. Sleep less.

Consumption ~ Listen to your body. Even for healthy food or water, you should eat or drink correctly, at the right time and in the right amount. Eat and drink with your mindfulness.

Words ~ The most powerful thing you can do is not tell the world something. Say less.

Rest ~ Quality sleep is the key. Rest correctly. If you get into too interesting dreams, it is time to get up.
