How often have you found yourself genuinely smiling, your soul soothed by the essence of true serenity, tranquil balance and quiet equilibrium?

Your mind is completely at peace, relaxed, light, soft and delicate, as if you were a bird’s feather drifting on a gentle ocean breeze.

When you are in that wonderful moment, please look a bit lower to see your feet.

Are they wiggling?

If so, you are experiencing a delighted ‘Happy Feet’ moment. Your body is connected to your happy mind, expressing your exuberant joy.

Your brain has been releasing excess enthusiasm through your body. This physical release serves as a subconscious self-soothing mechanism, helping the body regulate elated emotions.

My dear, please continue to cherish life. I wish we could all always have our ‘Happy Feet’ eternally.
